Junior MEP CAD/BIM Engineer

• Work on CAD Drafting and Elementary CAD projects for USA, UK, Europe, Canada and Australian based clients
• Work on basic BIM projects in assistance with MEP team leader or Project Managers
• Assist Sr BIM Engineer/BIM Coordinator in BIM Modelling projects

Qualifications: BE-Mechanical

Experience: 0 to 1 year

Software : AutoCAD, Basic Revit

• Work on International MEP BIM Modelling projects for USA, UK, Europe, Canada and Australian based clients
• Work on LOD 300 to LOD 500 virtual and as built models, point cloud to BIM Modelling using Revit software
• Client communication where needed
• Check for the Modelling and engineering clashes for design review using BIM tools & View Points, Clash Reports in Navisworks
• Manage / Update BIM Project Documents
• Training Junior Staff on latest Revit tools, techniques
• Quality checking and monitoring projects executed by Junior CAD/BIM Engineers if required

Qualifications: BE-Mechanical

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Software : AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360

• Manage the BIM projects and entire BIM team for better execution of projects
• Project planning and resource allocation
• Identify scope of work, review client inputs and estimate new BIM projects
• Use and identify tools that automate or make tasks easier for BIM projects
• Client communication, participation in technical calls or marketing calls
• Assist in recruiting BIM Architects, Engineers etc.
• Quality checking and monitoring productivity of Team Leaders
• Identifying potential issues and provide resolutions to team members/clients
• Planning and implementing training programs for juniors or experienced staff
• One on one meetings with Production team members in a timely manner
• Constant Research on New skills and versions of Revit and other BIM tools

Qualifications: B-Arch/M-Arch

Experience: 5 to 7 years of working on International BIM projects

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of leading a BIM team will be preferred
• AutoCAD, Sketch up, Revit, Navisworks experience mandatory
• Knowledge of Dynamo scripting and API will be added advantage

• Work on Architectural Construction Drawings (Good for construction Drawings), 3D Visualization and Sketch-up Modelling projects for a US based Principal Architect
• Implementing US Architectural Codes, applying mark ups and code comments on the drawings
• Coordinating with structural and MEP consultants in USA to ensure seamless Architectural CD sets execution and project completion
• Efficiency of working on GFC drawings, developing detailed drawing concept is required
• Work in direct communication with clients and implement instruction as provided

Qualifications: B-Arch or M-Arch

Experience: 3 to 5 years in executing Architectural projects

• Good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch up and Enscape required
